Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the StudioFlow AI mobile application (the “App”), provided by Devlex Infotech (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1.License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or lease any part of the App.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3.Your Content
You retain all rights to the videos, audio, images, text, and other content you import, create, or edit using the App (“Your Content”). You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions to use it.
You agree not to use the App to create, upload, or share content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that violates the rights of any third party.
4.Third-Party Platforms & Content
The App may let you import, edit, or repurpose your own content from third-party platforms (such as Instagram or YouTube) and stream to third-party services. You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, and copyright rules of those platforms. You must only use content that you own or are authorized to use. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not endorse them.
5.Subscriptions & Payments
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions (“StudioFlow Premium”) on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. Key terms:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s App Store account settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store policies.
6.Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, logos, software, and content provided by us, is owned by Devlex Infotech and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand features.
7.Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any illegal purpose; (b) interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App; or (d) use the App to infringe the rights of others.
8.Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that results obtained from using it will be accurate or reliable.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devlex Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
10.Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page, with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
