This Privacy Policy explains how Devlex Infotech (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the StudioFlow AI mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
1.Information We Collect
We designed StudioFlow AI to keep your creative work private. We collect only what is needed to run the App:
- Content you create: videos, audio, images, text, and notes you import or edit. This is stored on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
- Camera & media access: used only when you choose features like document scanning (OCR), importing media, or recording. Media is processed for the feature you requested.
- Information you provide: if you contact support, we receive the name, email, and message you send us.
- Usage & diagnostic data: anonymous app-performance, crash, and usage data to help us improve stability and features.
2.On-Device Processing
Where possible, editing and AI features (such as OCR text extraction and caption generation) are performed on your device. Your media is not sold and is not shared with third parties for advertising.
3.How We Use Information
- To provide and operate the App’s editing, AI, import, and streaming features.
- To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve performance and reliability.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To process subscriptions and prevent fraud or abuse.
4.Third-Party Services
The App may use trusted third-party services that process limited data under their own privacy policies:
- Apple / App Store — subscriptions and in-app purchases.
- Google Firebase — analytics and crash reporting.
- Google AdMob — advertising (if ads are shown), which may use device identifiers.
- Third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube) — when you choose to import or stream your own content. Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

5.Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your content or personal data with third parties except: (a) service providers listed above that help operate the App; or (b) when required by law.
6.Data Storage & Security
Your projects and media are stored locally on your device (including in the App’s secure app-group storage for features that need it). We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
7.Data Retention
Content you create stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to assist you. Diagnostic data is retained in aggregated or anonymized form.
8.Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
9.Your Rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can delete your content anytime within the App, and you can contact us to make a request regarding data we hold (such as support messages).
10.Permissions
The App may request permissions such as camera, microphone, photo library, and network access. These are used only for the features you activate, and you can manage them anytime in your device Settings.
11.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page, with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance.
